Safety Tips


Unlike every other sport there isn’t many rules or regulations, there is just a few of them but they are mostly coming sense. For example:
1) Always stay in control of you board.
2) The people in front of you have the right away; you have to look out for them.
3) You must not travel anywhere, from where you can be seen from above.
4) Watch for other when merging into another run
5) Always flip your bored right side up when not in use, so it doesn’t slide away.
6) Keep of closed runs, for your own good.
7) Be sure to know how to use the chairlift or gondola before you get on one.

More tips for snowboarding is to make sure you don’t have any major chips or scratches on the underside of your board so that when you grind, you will slide freely and not get caught on anything. Also be sure to have your edges sharpened from a professional so you have more control over your board. One of the biggest safety tips ever is to always wear head protective gear! Theirs on average 7,700 head injuries a year !
