Riding Skeleton
There such a thing called skeleton ridding which is when you ride with your front foot strapped into your binding and keep your back foot out as if you are getting off the chair lift. But the differences between riding skeleton and riding regular, is well you only have one foot in your board and you have much less control over what you want to do. it is illegal to ride skeleton when you are in a competition, the only time you are legal to ride skeleton is for photo shoots, or when you are just with your buds joy riding. a big downfall with riding skeleton is that it is extremely easy to brake your ankle because all the tress of the board is concentrated on your one ankle. also it's much easier to hurt yourself because you only have one point of pressure on your board so it easy to lose control of the back end of your board which is the part that stabilizes you. but when you pull of a trick while riding skeleton it is highly recognizable from sponsors and fellow borders. so that is why a lot of people attempt to ride skeleton, for the sponsors and the big bucks.

Hey troy. First of all, awesome blog, I enjoyed reading it. Secondly, I have tried snow boarding before, didn’t work out too well haha ! but I have to say, riding skeleton looks pretty awesome. I looks like a lot of fun, except for the fact that you could extremely easily brake something, that right there I just went « ohoh » It must look sweet though in pictures and for tricks tough.
